Nina Zhang has a demonstrated record of achievement in trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings, including first and second chair experience. She brings employment law experience in the areas of disability discrimination, race discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wage-and-hour disputes, PAGA, class actions and contractual disputes. Her clients range from small and medium-sized businesses to individuals to university systems and to hospitals. She has worked in diverse and dynamic industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, real estate, entertainment and transportation.
Ms. Sun was born and raised in the South Bay. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. is Psychology and a minor in French in 2003. After college, she attended Western New England College School of Law (now known as Western New England University) in Springfield, Massachusetts and graduated cum laude in 2006.
Ms. Zhang is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and Cornell University. She is admitted to practice in the state of California and the northern, southern, central and eastern districts of California.
