Nina Zhang has a demonstrated record of achievement in trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings, including first and second chair experience. She brings employment law experience in the areas of disability discrimination, race discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wage-and-hour disputes, PAGA, class actions and contractual disputes. Her clients range from small and medium-sized businesses to individuals to university systems and to hospitals. She has worked in diverse and dynamic industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, real estate, entertainment and transportation.
Ms. Zhang is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and Cornell University. She is admitted to practice in the state of California and the northern, southern, central and eastern districts of California.
