Sabrina C. Narain is a Partner at Sanders Roberts, where she focuses her primary practice on auto manufacturing litigation, defending corporations in consumer protection matters, including breach of contract, fraud claim, and product liability. Ms. Narain is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, corporate and expert depositions, trial preparation, and post-judgment litigation.
Ms. Narain represents multiple large domestic and foreign manufacturers, including Ford Motor Company and American Honda Motor Company, Inc. Her experience in the automobile industry has led to the implantation of new and technically advanced litigation strategies to successfully defend the severity of consumer warranty cases in California, specifically those cases alleging fraud and misrepresentation. Ms. Narain also presides as counsel on product liability matters including catastrophic injury and roll-over accidents. Ms. Narain’s practice also includes a wide range of general liability matters on behalf of big and small businesses. Her experience as a litigation defense attorney also includes estate planning litigation, breach of contract liability, and a wide range of employment matters in both state and federal court. Ms. Narain is actively involved in the legal and local community, including the academic sector. Ms. Narain has participated as a mock justice in the American Moot Court Association’s National Tournament. Additionally, she has been asked to serve as a guest speaker, across the country, to a wide range of audiences including college students, law students, and attorneys to discuss her personal and legal experiences, including innovative litigation strategies. Ms. Narain currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Camino De Santiago Nature School; During Covid-19, Ms. Narain helped transform the school into a full program by providing students an opportunity to learn outdoors despite the strict restrictions in place. Prior to joining Sanders Roberts in 2018, Ms. Narain was an associate at Gates, O’Doherty, Gonter & Guy, LLP, and Borchard and Callahan, APC. Ms. Narain received her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in 2014, and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a Law Concentration from the University of Tampa in 2010. During law school, Ms. Narain was Editor-in-Chief of the University’s Law Review as well as a member of the University’s Moot Court Team. Additionally, she externed as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice, Jeffrey King, at the Court of Appeal in Riverside, California, where one of her opinions in a criminal matter was published as citable case law. Ms. Narain is currently licensed to practice in the State of California. She also maintains an inactive license to practice law in the state of Illinois.
