Sabrina C. Narain received her J.D. from Western State College of Law in Orange County, CA in 2014, and her B.A. in Criminology with a Law Concentration from the University of Tampa, Tampa, FL in 2010. She primarily focuses her practice in defending corporations in consumer protections matters, including lemon law and fraud claims. Ms. Narain also focuses on all aspects of corporate litigation including, but not limited to, employment matters, personal injury matters, insurance defense and consulting in the hospitality industry. Ms. Narain’s experience includes all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, all phases of discovery, corporate and expert depositions, trial preparation and post judgement litigation.
Ms. Narain’s experience as a litigation defense attorney also includes estate planning litigation, breach of contract liability, federal law matters, legal and medical malpractice and a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour claims, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. During law school, Ms. Narain was Editor-in-Chief of the University’s law review, was a member of the University’s Moot Court team and externed as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Jeffrey King at the Court of Appeal in Riverside, CA where one of her opinions in a criminal matter was subsequently published as citable case law.
