Tara Kearns has represented clients in a variety of legal matters, but her practice is generally focused on employment law. She provides both litigation and advice and counsel services for clients, as well as workplace investigations. Her experience includes:

In addition to employment matters, Ms. Kearns has experience with a variety of business litigation matters including misrepresentation/fraud, insurance coverage, and constitutional challenges.
Ms. Kearns handles matters arising under both state and federal law. She focuses on providing her clients with individualized counsel, superior quality work and practical solutions to a wide range of legal issues.
Ms. Kearns obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts University. She also obtained a Masters of Arts degree from the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Ms. Kearns is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor degree.
