Ms. Diaz-Herrera conducts workplace investigations for both private and public employers. Her impartial investigation practice often concerns complex allegations against high-level employees and focuses on claims such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.Ms. Diaz-Herrera is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate holder (AWI-CH), which is an ANSI accredited certificate. She has conducted training seminars for employers, including trainings on harassment prevention, respectful workplaces, and diversity and inclusion.
Ms. Diaz-Herrera is a member of several professional associations, including the Latina Lawyers Bar Association, the Mexican American Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Ms. Diaz-Herrera obtained her bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz and her juris doctorate from the Berkeley School of Law. In law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the La Raza Law Journal and the Co Chair of the La Raza Law Students Association.Ms. Diaz-Herrera served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
