Jennifer Haidar is a Senior Associate whose practice comprises a range of complex commercial litigation, privacy, class action, intellectual property, and contract matters. She has substantial experience in defending Fortune 500 companies in class action suits as well as an established litigation history representing companies in breach of contract cases. Jennifer has also represented clients within a number of specialized industries such as venture capital, healthcare, automotive, and hospitality.
 

Prior to joining Sanders Roberts, Jennifer handled a variety of class action and breach of contract cases, and during law school, she worked at the Department of Justice in both Washington D.C. and in the American Embassy in London. Jennifer earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where she was the Online Editor for the Journal of Legislation and graduated with a publication regarding the decline of federalist norms.

 

In addition to her litigation practice, Jennifer is an active participant in providing pro bono services to the community. She has worked with the Los Angeles County Bar Association to help victims of domestic violence receive restraining orders and to assist veterans overcome legal obstacles to reintegration. Jennifer is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and the Co-Chair of the Women’s Connect Committee of the Notre Dame Club of Los Angeles.


Aside from providing vigorous representation to her clients, Jennifer enjoys spending her time finding the next UNESCO site to visit, learning languages, and attempting to understand the complexities of making sourdough. Jennifer has conversational fluency in Russian and Spanish, and she can make casual conversation about coffee in Arabic, French, and Swedish.
