Mrs. Grandt is a senior counsel at Sanders Roberts LLP. She represents Fortune 100 corporations, established businesses, and individuals in state and federal courts. Her practice areas include business litigation, general commercial matters, employment litigation, breach of contract, product liability, premises liability, personal injury (including wrongful death and catastrophic injuries), and general civil litigation matters.
Mrs. Grandt has extensive experience in driving litigation strategy, negotiating early resolution and settlement, identifying trial candidates, providing legal advice to her clients in complex matters, and handling aggressive discovery efforts. She often obtains dismissals through dispositive law and motion work.
Mrs. Grandt has proven herself as a skilled and highly motivated litigator who works closely with her clients to create innovative strategies to best serve her clients’ goals and interests. She regularly provides her clients with assessment of legal risk and liability exposure, evaluation of damages, and practical solutions to a wide range of legal issues. Mrs. Grandt maintains her high level of expertise in the areas of law encompassed within her practice by regularly attending seminars and continuing to study the legal precedents from the higher courts.
Mrs. Grandt is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law, where she received her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.). Mrs. Grandt was also a recipient of UCLA Dean’s fellowship award.
