G. Edwin Rush is a well-respected litigation attorney who focuses on employment, business, and general liability litigation and counseling with a network spanning across multiple business communities and government entities. Mr. Rush’s experience comes from litigating cases involving individual and multi-plaintiff actions on behalf of businesses of varying sizes from pre-litigation through the appeal phase. Mr. Rush also has experience defending felony and misdemeanor criminal cases.
Mr. Rush is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law School where he was a moot court trial team national finalist. Mr. Rush is also on the board of directors of the Southern California American Civil Liberties Union and the executive committee of the California Lawyers Association litigation section. Mr. Rush proudly served in the United States Navy Reserves.
Prior to joining Sanders Roberts LLP, Mr. Rush was a former union representative at the then-named Screen Actors Guild and continues to be very active in the entertainment community, consulting with various production entities on their labor practices.
Mr. Rush is a proud veteran of the United States Navy Reserves where he supported the Navy Seals and other Special Warfare divisions in San Diego, CA.
