Mr. Roberts has been handling complex employment and business litigation issues for over 15 years, relentlessly defending public and private clients in matters that stand to critically impact their lives and livelihoods: from discrimination and harassment to wrongful termination, breach of contract to insurance coverage disputes, premises liability to wrongful death.
Mr. Roberts organizes and litigates cases in state and federal courts for clients ranging from global corporations and financial institutions to municipalities and individuals. In the interest of clients’ financial and organizational health, he also works with them to prevent and diffuse disputes, providing counsel on litigation avoidance strategies as well as risk analysis.

In approximately 2 years, concluding in 2024, Mr. Roberts served as lead counsel in 7 employment trials all of which were successful. Many of the cases involved demands of over $10,000,000 and all had millions of dollars of potential liability in dispute. He won 4 jury defense verdicts, a bench trial defense verdict, a directed verdict, and a nuisance value settlement during voir dire.

Mr. Roberts graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Psychology. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as a Lecturer In Law.

Mr. Roberts is a member of the National Association of Minority & Women-Owned Law Firms’ (NAMWOLF), the National Employment Law Council, and he previously served on the Diversity Committee for Ford Motor Company.
