Alyze represents companies in a wide range of employment and business litigation matters. She focuses her practice on all phases of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate and wrongful discharge disputes as well as on a variety of business litigation matters, including trademark infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets and violation of non-disclosure agreements.
 

Alyze also serves as outside general counsel for companies, drafting all employment- related documents and policies and working collaboratively with management to address the daily needs of their organization. She advises companies on issues related to leaves of absence, employee retention and performance issues, remote work policies and termination of employees. Alyze is a certified workplace investigator and routinely conducts complex investigations for Fortune 500 companies.

 

Alyze graduated from Stanford University with Distinction (Highest Honors-conferred on the top 10% of the class) with a B.A. in Political Science and an honors degree in Ethics in Society. She was a member of the Cap and Gown Honor Society and received a full scholarship to play on the Stanford Women’s soccer team. Alyze obtained her J.D. from Harvard Law school where she was an editor of the Civil Rights/Civil Liberties Law Review and a Semi-Finalist for the Ames Moot Court Competition.


Alyze is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Workplace Investigator. In her free time, she enjoys playing on a co-ed soccer team and spending time with family. Alyze volunteers for the National Association for the Mentally Ill and for Food on Foot.
