Mr. Daniels has advised clients ranging from luxury hotels to professional sports organizations on a variety of issues including Title IV, copyright and trademark infringement, breach of contract, complex commercial litigation (first amendment, breach of contract, fraud, etc.) and more.
Prior to joining Sanders Roberts, LLP, Mr. Daniels spent time in both big law and boutique law honing his litigation skills. He began his career at Baker Hostetler, LLP’s Atlanta office in the Commercial Litigation group. After several years in big law, Mr. Daniels moved to a boutique firm where he advised clients in the hospitality industry on labor and employment related issues. These issues ranged from discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
Outside of the office, Mr. Daniels gives back to his community by serving on the board of the “I Have A Dream Foundation,” in Atlanta, a foundation dedicated to providing children from low-income communities with tutoring, mentoring, networking, and exposure from the first grade to their first job. The very same foundation that made him the first in his family to graduate from high school.
