Joshua has experience in administrative law, business litigation, complex litigation, insurance coverage
litigation, and professional malpractice. Most recently, Joshua has represented professionals including
accountants, attorneys, talent agents, and business managers throughout all stages of litigation. His
expertise and strategic approach have led to successfully resolving matters for his clients.
Joshua graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he earned his
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at Syracuse University College of
Law, graduating cum laude in 2012.
Joshua is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California, State of North Carolina,
and in the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
Joshua is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Association of Southern California
Defense Attorneys, and the LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. He previously served on the
Armed Forces sub-committee of LACBA and volunteered at the Bob Hope USO.
