Kaiya Daniels is a Law Clerk at Sanders Roberts LLP’s Los Angeles office, where she assists with employment, business litigation, and general liability litigation.
 

Kaiya earned her J.D. from UC Irvine School of Law in 2025 where she received the Pro Bono High Honors award for completing over 200 hours of pro bono work. During law school, she served as an Executive Editor of the UCI Law Review, student leader of the Community Legal Aid SoCal – Clean Slate Expungement Project, and certified law student in the Intellectual Property, Arts, & Technology Clinic. Kaiya also served as an extern for the California Appellate Project in Los Angeles and in the United States District Court, Central District of California for the Honorable Fred W. Slaughter.

 

Kaiya graduated cum laude from California State University, Long Beach in 2017.
