Mrs. Grandt is an associate attorney and practices in the areas of auto manufacturing litigation, personal injury including wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, premises liability, products liability, and general civil litigation. Mrs. Grandt has also represented individual and corporate clients in cases involving breach of warranty of habitability, toxic tort, fraud, breach of contract, and vehicular accidents. Mrs. Grandt is versed in all phases of litigation and has enjoyed great success in obtaining favorable settlements for her clients.
Mrs. Grandt has extensive experience managing cases from inception to resolution, including pre-litigation negotiation and settlements, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, conducting written and expert discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions and motions in limine, case management, and mediation. Mrs. Grandt has also briefed and argued several motions for summary judgment on both procedural and substantive legal grounds.
Mrs. Grandt has proven herself as a skilled and highly motivated litigator who works closely with her clients to create innovative strategies to best serve her clients’ goals and interests. Mrs. Grandt maintains her high level of expertise in the areas of law encompassed within her practice by regularly attending seminars and continuing to study the legal precedents from the higher courts.
Prior to joining Sanders Roberts LLP, Mrs. Grandt worked at a boutique insurance defense firm, working on a variety of civil litigation matters, but focusing on habitability and toxic tort litigation.
Mrs. Grandt graduated from Allameh School of Law in Iran, where she ranked third in her class and was honored as an Exceptional Talent. Thereafter, Ms. Sadeghi was offered an academic scholarship by UCLA School of Law, where she earned her Master of Laws degree. Ms. Sadeghi is licensed to practice in the State of California.
Mrs. Grandt has provided pro bono representation to individuals in immigration and employment cases. She has also volunteered at Domestic Violence Project at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Mrs. Grandt in fluent in Farsi.
