Yongsoo Kim is a law clerk at Sanders Roberts LLP’s downtown Los Angeles office, where his practice concentrates on business litigation, general liability, and employment defense. He advises and represents a variety of clients from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
 

Mr. Kim received his J.D. from the UC Irvine School of Law in 2025, with a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley in 2018. During law school, Mr. Kim was an editor for the UC Irvine Law Review, a board member of APALSA, and a member of the Defending Democracy Clinic (formerly known as the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic).

 

He was also a competitor in the intramural Moot Court competition, where he won an award for his performance and advocacy. Mr. Kim previously was a law clerk at the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office at both the Long Beach and Compton offices, where he fought to represent the rights of indigent clients.
