Zach Remijas is an associate attorney at Sanders Roberts LLP in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office. His practice concentrates on business litigation and general liability defense, advising and representing a variety of clients from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
 

Prior to joining Sanders Roberts LLP, Mr. Remijas worked at a civil litigation firm defending healthcare and human service providers such as skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health facilities, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, child welfare agencies and public entities in matters involving wrongful death, elder abuse and neglect, and tort and premises liability.

 

Mr. Remijas graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2021. During law school, Mr. Remijas published articles in both the Pepperdine Law Review and the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary, the latter of which he served as Editor in Chief. He also externed for the Honorable Gary H. Pohlson of the Superior Court of Orange County and represented taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service through Pepperdine’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic housed in the Legal Aid Clinic at Union Rescue Mission in Downtown Los Angeles.

 

Mr. Remijas is licensed to practice in the State of California.
