Sanders Roberts LLP is pleased that attorneys Tara Kearns and Alyze Pierce have joined the firm strengthening its litigation team.
Ms. Kearns’ practice focuses on employment law providing both litigation and advice and counsel services to clients. She represents employers in a wide variety of employment disputes such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and counsels them on day-to-day issues such as termination, layoffs, discipline, and promotions. Ms. Kearns also has experience with a variety of business litigation matters including misrepresentation/fraud, insurance coverage, and constitutional challenges.
Ms. Pierce’s practice focuses on all phases of employment and business litigation matters. As a certified workplace investigator, she regularly conducts investigations for employers. She also works closely with companies as outside general counsel helping management address their daily needs, as well as trainings on a wide variety of topics. She handles all phases of employment litigation including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other types of disputes. As an experienced
business litigator, Ms. Pierce handles a wide variety of disputes including trademark infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets, among others.
