Eric S. Mintz joins Sanders Roberts, LLP after working many years for boutique trial and litigation firms in Beverly Hills, Century City and Los Angeles, most recently at Korey Richardson LLP and Bradley & Gmelich, LLP. In this capacity, Mr. Mintz has handled all phases of civil litigation in employment matters, wage and hour class actions, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, contract disputes, business litigation, and wrongful discharge lawsuits, as well as arbitrations and mediations. He also has experience in commercial litigation, contract enforcement and defense, insurance subrogation, collection litigation and worked as private counsel to the U.S. Attorney General and Department of Justice. In addition, Mr. Mintz has in-house counsel experience at Landmark Entertainment, Disney, Checkout.com, CNP Technologies Inc., and has advised companies on business affairs, employment and labor law, human resources, licensing, marketing, as well as negotiated, drafted and reviewed a wide variety of contracts and agreements for businesses and talent. Prior to law school, Mintz worked in talent at Agency for the Performing Arts and in development/production for Jon Peters Entertainment.
