Ingrid M. Ahuja earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. While at University of Southern California, Ms. Ahuja was a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, served as a member of the Board of Directors for USC Street Law and was the recipient of the USC Public Interest Law Foundation Student of the Year Award. Ms. Ahuja graduated with high honors from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and earned a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida.
 

Ms. Ahuja’s practice includes civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on employment and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Lafayette & Kumagai LLP, Ms. Ahuja was an attorney with Kenneth P. Roberts, a Professional Law Corporation in Los Angeles. Ms. Ahuja handles all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenants, classification issues and wage and hour class action litigation. In addition, she has significant experience in commercial and general business litigation matters, including breach of contract, privacy, slander, and trade secret litigation matters. Ms. Ahuja also has a background in commercial contracting and e-discovery document review platform management.

 

Ms. Ahuja is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court, for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
