Sanders Roberts Oluwatobi Agbelemose
Mr. Agbelemose, who often goes by “Olu”, focuses his practice on entertainment, intellectual property, and business matters. He is a skilled litigator who also advises businesses, entertainers, and creatives on business and entertainment transactions.
Olu handles commercial and entertainment litigation matters for businesses, individuals, and government entities. He has experience handling disputes involving breach of contract and fiduciary duty issues, misrepresentation claims, copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, shareholder/partner disputes and a wide range of other matters.
Olu also maintains a transactional practice representing businesses, entertainers, and content creators. He handles drafting and negotiations involving content distribution, appearance releases, producer agreements, trademark registration, copyright licensing, and business entity formation.
Before joining Sanders Roberts LLP, Olu worked for two years as a judicial law clerk in the Central District of California for Judges Virginia A. Phillips and Mark C. Scarsi. During law school, he interned at the entertainment firm Donaldson Callif Perez, worked as a senior certified law student in two UCI Law Clinics (the Startup & Small Business Clinic and the Intellectual Property, Arts, & Technology Clinic), and clerked with several government entities (including the US Bankruptcy Court, the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office, and the intellectual property counsel for the Los Angeles City Attorney).
Olu graduated from UC Irvine School of Law in 2020. He earned his B.A. in political science from UC Irvine in 2015. Between college and law school, Olu worked as a substitute teacher in Compton, California.
