Toni Long and David Schwartz Add To The Firm’s Entertainment and Corporate Transactional Practice.
Ms. Long represents companies and individuals in a variety of entertainment and corporate transactional matters. Her entertainment practice focuses on serving as production counsel for film and television projects, talent representation, motion picture, television and new media development, distribution, licensing, and private equity investment. Her corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, asset/stock purchases and sales, corporate governance, maintenance and formation, securities, business succession planning, and other corporate issues, as well as serving as general corporate counsel to clients across a variety of industries.
Mr. Schwartz’s practice focuses on entertainment and corporate transactional matters. His entertainment industry experience spans nearly 25 years, including 17 years at Disney where he led a 20-person legal team in negotiating all of Disney’s content distribution deals. Mr. Schwartz
is a go-to transactional lawyer whose expertise involves negotiating and structuring deals in a wide variety of transactional matters, including representing content producers, distributors, talent, and more.
