31 Aug Sanders Roberts LLP Wins Employment Law Trial Victory
Sanders Roberts LLP litigators recently notched another trial victory for one of the firm’s clients, an educational institution. The jury found the educational institution not liable on July 13, 2022, in Los Angeles Superior Court. In the case, Plaintiff alleged disability discrimination, retaliation, and failure to prevent discrimination or retaliation in violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act. The trial team was led by Reginald Roberts and Felton Newell of Sanders Roberts LLP with significant contributions from paralegal Marilyn Perez-Garcia.
